Please read these Terms of Enrollment ("Terms") carefully before completing your purchase. By enrolling in a Fullscript Academy Bootcamp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with enrollment.
1. Eligibility
Fullscript Academy Bootcamps are professional education programs intended exclusively for licensed healthcare practitioners. To enroll, you must hold a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number issued by the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
By completing enrollment, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements above. Fullscript reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to cancel enrollment — without refund — if eligibility cannot be confirmed or is later found to have been misrepresented.
2. Educational Purpose
Fullscript Academy Bootcamps are designed and offered for educational and professional development purposes only. Course content — including but not limited to lectures, live sessions, on-demand recordings, written materials, and lab test results discussed during the program — does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.

7. Lab Kit Coupon Terms
7.0 Coupon inclusion. A lab test kit coupon is not included with every Fullscript Academy Bootcamp. Whether a coupon is included will be indicated on the Bootcamp landing page. The terms in this Section 7 apply exclusively to Bootcamp cohorts that include a lab kit coupon as part of enrollment. If your Bootcamp does not include a coupon, this section does not apply to your enrollment and no coupon entitlement is created by these Terms or by any other aspect of your purchase.
For Bootcamp cohorts that do include a lab kit coupon, the following terms govern its use:
7.1 Redeemability. Coupon is redeemable exclusively on Fullscript at checkout, and may be applied only to to a qualifying lab order placed under the enrollee's own registered Fullscript provider account.To redeem the coupon, the enrollee must either: (a) hold an active professional license authorizing the enrollee to order the designated test; or (b) use the authorization network, subject to its eligibility requirements and applicable fees. If neither option applies, the enrollee may not redeem the coupon.
7.2 Eligible test. Coupon applies to one (1) unit of the specific lab test kit designated for the enrollee's course cohort. No substitutions, exchanges, or transfers to other tests, products, or cohorts are permitted.
7.3 Applicable costs. Coupon covers only the list price of the designated lab test kit. All other charges — including but not limited to interpretation fees, authorization network fees, processing fees, shipping, and applicable taxes — are the enrollee's responsibility and must be paid in full at checkout.
7.4 Personal use. Coupon must be applied to an order for the enrollee's own personal use only. It may not be applied to patient orders, orders placed on behalf of any third party, or orders made under any account other than the enrollee's own. By redeeming the coupon, the enrollee confirms the kit will be used on themselves.If the coupon is used for anyone other than the enrollee, the enrollee authorizes Fullscript to charge the payment method used for the order the undiscounted list price of the test kit, together with all other applicable charges.
7.5 No monetary value. Coupon has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be resold, exchanged, combined with other promotions or discounts, or redeemed for cash or credit under any circumstances.
7.6 Expiration. Coupon expires at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on the last Friday of the enrollee's course cohort, as specified in the enrollment confirmation email. Expired coupons cannot be reinstated. Fullscript is not responsible for coupons not redeemed prior to expiration.
7.7 Single use. Coupon is valid for one-time use only and is void immediately upon redemption, expiration, course cancellation, or enrollment refund.
7.8 Non-transferability. Coupon is issued exclusively to the named enrollee. Sharing, selling, or distributing the coupon code is prohibited and will result in immediate coupon invalidation. Fullscript’s right to invalidate the coupon does not limit its right to recover or charge the undiscounted list price under Section 7.4.
Redemption advisory: Enrollees are strongly encouraged to redeem their coupon and submit their test sample as early as possible in the course. Fullscript cannot guarantee that results will be available in time for relevant live sessions if the kit is ordered late in the cohort window. Failure to redeem the coupon does not entitle the enrollee to a refund or extension of any kind.
8. Intellectual Property
All course content — including recordings, written materials, slide decks, and other materials made available through Fullscript Academy — is the proprietary intellectual property of Fullscript or its licensed content contributors. Enrollees are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for their own personal professional development during the applicable access period.
You may not:
By participating in a Bootcamp, you grant Fullscript a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from any information, content, questions, comments, feedback, submissions, or other materials you provide or generate in connection with your enrollment or participation (collectively, "Participant Content"), for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to improving, developing, and marketing Fullscript's products and services, developing and training artificial intelligence and machine learning models, data analytics, and research. You acknowledge that Participant Content may be de-identified, aggregated, or otherwise processed and used without restriction or obligation to you. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that no Participant Content will contain protected health information of any third party. Nothing in this section limits Fullscript's rights under its Privacy Policy or Platform Terms with respect to personal information or usage data.
9. Code of Conduct
Enrollees are expected to engage with course content and live sessions professionally and respectfully. Fullscript reserves the right to remove any enrollee from a live session or revoke course access — without refund — for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise deemed by Fullscript to be inconsistent with a professional educational environment.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Fullscript Academy Bootcamps are provided "as is" and "as available." Fullscript makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any course content. Instructor credentials and affiliations are provided for informational purposes; Fullscript does not independently verify claims made by instructors during live sessions.
11. Indemnification; Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fullscript, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, instructors, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use or application of any course content, including in any clinical, patient-care, or professional setting; (c) your use of any lab test kit obtained in connection with a Bootcamp; or (d) your misrepresentation of eligibility under section 1.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fullscript's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your enrollment or participation in a Bootcamp, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, will not exceed the enrollment fee actually paid by you for the applicable Bootcamp. In no event will Fullscript, its affiliates, instructors, or content contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your enrollment in, participation in, or inability to participate in a Bootcamp, even if Fullscript has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Modifications to These Terms
Fullscript reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to enrollments already completed. If you enroll in a future Bootcamp after updated Terms have been published, your enrollment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
If you are located in the United States, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware. If you are located in Canada, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your Bootcamp enrollment will be resolved on an individual basis only, and you waive any right to participate in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. You further waive, to the extent permitted by law, any right to a trial by jury in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.

15. Additional Terms
15.1 Privacy. Fullscript's collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in connection with Bootcamp enrollment and participation is governed by the Fullscript Privacy Statement available at https://fullscript.com/legal/privacy. By enrolling, you consent to Fullscript's collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Statement, including information related to your use of any lab test kit included with your Bootcamp. Without limiting the generality of Section 8 or the Privacy Statement, you acknowledge and agree that Fullscript may use data arising from your enrollment and participation, including Participant Content, usage data, and de-identified or aggregated information, for any lawful purpose, including product improvement, analytics, research, and the development and training of artificial intelligence and machine learning models.
15.2 Relationship to Platform Terms. The Fullscript Terms of Service available at https://fullscript.com/legal/terms-of-service (the “Platform Terms”) are incorporated herein by reference and apply to your use of the Fullscript platform in connection with any Bootcamp. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Platform Terms. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, the Platform Terms. To the extent of any conflict between these Terms and the Platform Terms with respect to your Bootcamp enrollment, these Terms control.
15.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Fullscript Terms of Service and Privacy Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fullscript with respect to Bootcamp enrollment and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.
