Muscle health is a critical determinant of longevity, metabolic function, and systemic resilience. This course equips clinicians with an integrative framework to assess and support skeletal muscle through clinically relevant biomarkers, including nutrients, hormones, inflammatory markers, and specialized metabolomic labs. Participants will review evidence-based interventions (ranging from amino acids and anabolic support to omega-3s, creatine, and recovery modalities) alongside lifestyle strategies such as resistance training, nutrition, and sleep optimization. The course emphasizes practical applications for individualized care plans aimed at maintaining muscle mass, strength, and functional performance throughout adulthood and aging, supporting overall healthspan and resilience.
