This course equips providers with the tools to assess and address cognitive decline through a root-cause approach. Participants will learn to identify early indicators of cognitive decline, interpret key laboratory and nutrigenomic markers, and apply evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle interventions.
This is the first of two courses designed to support providers working with patients who may be at risk for cognitive decline—such as those with a family history—or those seeking foundational strategies for optimizing cognitive health. It establishes the core framework for assessing root-cause drivers, which will be explored in greater depth in the second course.
